DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
There might be an extra charge for nutritional fitness guidance and a diet plan depending on the package you choose. Each package provides you with 1 on 1 coaching by a certified personal trainer. Specialized in strength and conditioning, postural exercise, and nutrition to help you achieve your fitness goals.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
When it comes to working out at home, there are tons of options to choose from depending on what you're into. You can go for a treadmill, stationary bike, ellipticals, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat, among other things. Its important to keep in mind when considering home equipment how much space you have, how much you want to spend, and what kind workout you're looking for before you buy.
